Swapped out my worn spur gear for this 46-tooth steel one and the mesh with the pinion is dead smooth now. Mod 1 pitch lined up perfectly with no shimming needed. Ran three packs through it and the teeth still look fresh.
The steel teeth on this 46T spur gear mesh way cleaner than the stock one did, and after a few hard bashes there's barely any wear showing. Mod 1 pitch lined up perfectly with my pinion, no shimming needed.
