Swapped these onto my Ascent 18 after blowing a stock shock and the difference in damping is night and day. All four went on without any modification, which I was worried about since it's a direct replacement part. Smooth landings on small jumps now.

Direct fit on my Ascent 18, no shimming or filing needed. The springs feel stiffer than the worn stock ones, so it doesn't bottom out on jumps anymore. Four shocks for the price is a solid deal.
